EMOTIONAL HEALTH FOR STRONG RELATIONSHIPSWhen we don't have good emotional flow we are more susceptible to living more reactively. This can have a powerful impact on our relationships and contribute to negative cycles that keep problems going for us. When we learn to ease into a process of increasing emotion awareness we develop the capacity to stop our projections from landing on the ones we love or the ones we work with. We begin to realize how our resistances to staying present to our own core wounds (in order to help them heal) actually create lots of problems for us in the way our relationships go. From this place many of us will blame others. Learning good emotional flow means that we have a better chance of steering out of reactive ways of interacting with others.
